Construction is underway at Orange Grove Plaza, Bois d’Orange, Gros Islet, where KM² Solutions is developing a state-of-the-art, 40,000 sq. ft. contact center facility. Once completed, the facility will feature 850 workstations, training rooms, conference areas, a cafeteria, and more, with the capacity to generate over 1,000 new jobs, particularly for Saint Lucia’s young and talented workforce.
This latest development brings KM²’s total workforce capacity in Saint Lucia to 2,500 employees across three locations: Union, Massade, and now Bois d’Orange.
“This expansion is a direct result of the exceptional talent and commitment we continue to see here in Saint Lucia. We’re proud to deepen our roots and offer even more opportunities to the local workforce,” said Marvin Bartholomew, Senior Vice President, Eastern Caribbean Operations, KM² Solutions.
This expansion directly aligns with the continued efforts by both the private sector and the government to create high-quality, sustainable jobs for Saint Lucians, especially youth entering the workforce.
With the first phase expected to launch in August, KM² will begin hiring for 300 new positions, helping to further reduce youth unemployment and boost the national economy.
“Saint Lucia has played a foundational role in our journey. Our continued investment here is a reflection of both our confidence in the island’s people and the trust our clients place in KM² to deliver consistent, high-quality service,” remarked David Kreiss, President and CEO, KM² Solutions.
Saint Lucia has proudly served as the birthplace of KM² Solutions’ operations for more than two decades. Today, the company has expanded across six countries and employs over 6,000 people worldwide, yet regards Saint Lucia as a cornerstone of its success.
